Making A Purchase

To make a purchase, simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart and select the checkout when ready.

You will be asked for some personal details (name, address, etc.) in order to complete your order.

Card payments are accepted - If shopping from abroad, your card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept most major credit and debit cards with the exception of American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

If you make a make an incorrect order or need to adjust your order, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us - no contract will exist until we accept your order and take payment, at which time a contract will exist. We will send you an invoice to confirm the contract. In the event that an item has been mispriced or is currently / no longer available, we will contact you first to agree any necessary amendments to your order.

If you have a coupon code you will need to enter it on the final page of checkout, before selecting "Confirm Order".Check the discount has been deducted.

About the Shipping Classes:

The prices quoted above are for the individiual item - when placing an order for multiple items, the postage charge is calculated based on the largest parcel required to send the order - however, any orders with a total value of over 150.00 will always be sent using the Express Delivery option (Royal Mail Special Delivery) at no extra charge.


Orders placed using the standard option will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class post. This service is usually delivered by 1pm the following working day, but can take longer. Orders totalling over 150.00 will always be upgraded to Express delivery at no extra charge. This will require a signature on receipt - if no-one is available to sign for the parcel it should be returned to the nearest sorting office for collection / re-delivery.


Orders placed using the Express option will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is usually delivered the next working day after despatch, however please be aware that poor weather and particularly busy times of year can delay the delivery of these orders. Special Delivery parcels can be tracked on the Royal Mail website - we will always provide the tracking reference for your order via email when it is despatched.

Collect in-store

All UK orders have the option to be collected in one of our shops - this is free of charge for ALL orders, regardless of the price of the items, however it may take us a few days to get everything together - we will inform you when your full order is ready to collect.

International Deliveries:

International deliveries are all carried out using International Signed For, which is a tracked service.
To the EU and Europe: From 12.00 (inc. VAT)
To the Rest of the World: From 16.00 (inc. VAT)

Delivery Schedule

Wherever possible orders are processed the first working day after the order is placed and dispatched that same-day. We promise to inform you if dispatch will not be within 7 working days. Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days.
Occasionally there may be a problem which delays the dispatch of your goods. Problems may include, but are not limited to:
  • Payment Issues;
  • Out-of-stock or otherwise unavailable items
  • Unusually large numbers of orders - we process orders on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritising Special Delivery and International Signed For before Recorded Delivery and First Class Post
You will be notified by telephone or email if a problem arises.
Goods lost in the mail will not be refunded except in the case of items sent using Special Delivery, International Signed for, or at our option.
You agree that proof of delivery by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock, we will back order for you where possible. You will always be emailed with the option to amend or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or EU, 20.0% VAT is included in the price of the items purchased. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

We use an acredited safe payment provider. When orders are placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are decrypted only after reaching our payment provider. They are not displayed in plain text on any of our computers or any website.


All products sold on this website are genuine brand products. If you are dissatisfied with any items purchased, you may return them within 7 days of receipt. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Purchases made in-store should be returned to the same store where the purchase was made.

90 Days Returns Policy

Goods may be returned for refund or exchange with no questions being asked.
To qualify for return goods must be:
  • Unworn, undamaged and in as-new condition
  • Complete with all original packaging and documentation such as diamond certificates and valuations etc.
  • Complete with original receipt, or an Asquiths gift receipt if the goods are a gift.


Goods may be returned for exchange up to 90 days from the date the purchaser takes ownership.
Goods may be returned for exchange by the original purchaser, or a third party if the goods are a gift for another person.
If no suitable product can be found, the goods may be exchanged for Asquith’s Gift Vouchers up to the value of the purchase.


Goods may be returned for a refund up to 14 days from the date the purchaser takes ownership.
Only the original purchaser may return an item for refund. Return postage is at the buyer's cost.


An item which develops a legitimate fault due to poor manufacturing or faulty parts can be refunded or exchanged within the first 6 months after purchase. After that time you must be able to prove that the fault was present when purchased.

Any items returned due to legitimate faults will have all return shipping costs re-imbursed.

Please note that we MUST be allowed to inspect faulty items before we can decide how to proceed. We are unable to confirm a promise of refund or exchange on an item unless we have inspected it.

These terms apply at the time of order placement. These terms are subject to change without notice. Always check the most recent terms when placing an order.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable stature or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
