Also known as Kambaba Jasper, named for its evocative swirling and circular patterns, is one of the more exotic Jaspers – a stone of Peace and Tranquility. Formed on primeval Earth over three billion years ago it allows us to glimpse the origins of life on our planet. Its dark mystic circles and deep green swirls comforts, protects, calms and relaxes. Troubled minds are soothed and balance is restored to the body and spirit. Its slow steady frequency expands one’s ability to focus and is a remarkable aid in meditation, granting the release of negative thoughts and feelings.
Or Australian Jasper displays colours of purples and reds through yellows to browns, reflecting its origins in the Outback, the world’s single source of Mookaite. Used by Aboriginal Australians from time immemorial as a stone for meditation and regeneration it is associated with dreams and moving forward in life. A very grounding crystal, Mookaite is excellent for reducing electrical energy around the body. Mookaite helps when experiencing new circumstances helping one to remain calm. It assists with decision making, guiding the user to the answer that is best for them at that point in time. It promotes balance for the day and allows one to remain open and honest about all new ideas. Mookaite is a great companion for those who are alone or just feeling lonely.
Also known as Exotica or Sci-Fi Jasper. The characteristic wispy patterns and shades of silver-grey, pink, mauve and cream are reminiscent of the Hermisillio (pronounced ermo sinyo) Mountains of Mexico, the only source of Porcelain Jasper. A powerful healer and calmer, and very soothing, it brings tranquility wholeness and a humanitarian spirit. It is protective against the negative energy of others. Its Silver-Grey hues are the colour of peace and persistence. It is the major purging colour so it is very good for removing unwanted diseases and troubles from the body. Pink is the colour of universal love. Pink is a quiet colour, being a combination of red and white. The quality of energy in pink is determined by how much red is present.
Obsidian is a natural volcanic glass. Its chemical makeup is quite similar to basalt and granite, but due to the fast cooling, it does not have the same crystalline structure making it a natural glass. Spiderweb Obsidian – midnight blue in colour – is found only in Guadalajara, Mexico and was formed by smaller pieces of obsidian being fused together. The joints show as sky-blue web like veins. It brings mental clarity, inspires creativity and helps to reduce our stress levels. It is an excellent grounding stone and will protect from absorbing negative energy. It brings light and love to one's life. It is also known as the stone of pleasure.
It doesn't tarnish while worn…
To keep your jewellery looking as good as the day it was bought, keep in a sealed bag when you are not wearing it – and ideally in a Jewellery box.
Take care with Chemicals…
Always put your jewellery on last, AFTER perfume & cosmetics, so they cannot damage the stones.
